Join Essex Heritage for a Heritage Friend Event at Long Hill in Beverly, hosted in partnership with The Trustees . Explore the Sedgwick estate, featuring a Federal-style house and enchanting gardens in peak season designed by Mabel Cabot Sedgwick and Marjorie Russell Sedgwick. Stroll through the diverse plantings and hear about the estate's rich history from Pilar Garro, Director of the Long Hill Portfolio. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience one of the North Shore's most beautiful properties while enjoying some light refreshments. Guests who arrive by 5:45 pm will be taken through the house for a brief first-floor tour, refreshments will be available under the tent in the garden. This event is open to Essex Heritage members FREE of charge but registration is required. Space is limited. Non-member registration is $5.00 per person. Light refreshments will be provided. West Virginia Wild and Wonderful Celtic Festival and Highland Games Inc will be holding the 3nd annual Celtic Festival and Highland Games in Beverly, WV at Camp Pioneer! There will be entertainment and activities for all ages, such as a Clan Village, Highland dancers, pipe and drum bands, Highland games, kilted 5k race, live entertainment, beer garden, food, merchandise, and much more.
